The decision was made on June 4, 2024 and was reported by Caleb Groves. Until July, the decision on the rezoning for the accommodation project stands delayed.
This prospective housing arrangement is geared towards students and is situated in close proximity to a college campus. Following reviews, the local governing body held open the case initially presented on a Tuesday.
