The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office has announced they will once again host a Back-to-School Event in Lawrenceville later this month.
Put on in partnership with Live Healthy Gwinnett, the Annual event is set to take place on July 27th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office, being a huge advocate of education and safety, is thrilled to be part of this initiative for another year. Meanwhile, Live Healthy Gwinnett, an organization that promotes a wholesome and healthy lifestyle in the community, views this event as an opportunity to spread awareness about the importance of a balanced and active lifestyle.
Over the years, the Back-To-School Bash has become synonymous with fun and excitement, offering an array of activities such as games, food, and health screenings. There will also be school supplies and backpacks given away while supplies last. As always, the focus is on promoting a healthy and enjoyable start to the new school year by making sure families are prepared for class to start.
Open to the public, the Event will be held at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds off of Sugarloaf Parkway. More information about the event can be found here.
